As an expert in the art of cosmetic and comprehensive reconstructive dentistry, Dr. Cadwell has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Washington State University and Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. With an engineering background coupled with artistic vision for how much a smile can transform a look and a life, Dr. Cadwell is in an elite class of less than 1% of dentists in the United States with such training. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Cadwell has changed the face of dental care as we know it. He has dedicated to his patients, whom he likes to call friends — those who are seeking to improve, renew, and rehabilitate not only their smile, but also their overall image and health. Dr. Cadwell practices dentistry which takes into account the whole person and recognizes that dental conditions and procedures impact a person’s general health and well-being.

Outside of the office Dr. Cadwell enjoys life in the desert. Whether it be hiking, biking, riding four wheelers or spending a weekend on the lakes, outdoors is where he enjoys his time most. He is also an avid pilot, father, and husband. Occasionally, you may find him under the hood of one of his muscle cars keeping his busy hands as happy hands.

Dr. Smith has been practicing Dentistry since 1980. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, he and his wife moved back to Arizona where he started private practice in 1983. As his practice grew, he donated his time to John C. Lincoln Children’s Dental Clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Smith also volunteered for 25 years with the Arizona Chapter of the Flying Samaritans in Baja Mexico. He was an Adjunct Supervisor at A.T. Still University Post Graduate Dental program from 2013 to 2020. In his free time, he is active in many areas of sports including Golf, Tennis, Racket Ball, Softball, and has been an avid scuba diver since 1973.
